How Coding Helps Improve Planning and Organisation Skills of Children?

Image
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2020, Computer and Information Systems Managers were the highest-paid coding professionals with a record median salary of $151,150. These Managers are considered veterans, when it comes to the soft skills of planning and organisation. The pandemic is hopefully over and now the kids are back in their classes. Yet, it has been observed around the globe that the long pandemic has devolved the soft skills of these children, especially when it comes to planning and organisation. Their attention span has receded, they show little interest in classroom activities, and most important of all, they are unable to plan out and organise tasks assigned to them in the class. Luckily, here, at Codingzen , we have a one-shot panacea for your adolescents and pre-adolescents. Our programs teach the very-valuable talent of ‘coding’, which top companies in the market are often in the hunt of, irrespective of whether they are in the software development sect

IDEAS FOR FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM

IDEAS FOR FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM

For Instagram :

1. We can post stories on our Instagram page on a regular basis.

2. The story should be engaging, there should be a questionnaires and people should be asked to share reviews on coding on the stories itself.

3. We can even have live sessions with our students/some experts/ some teenager who took up the coding class during his school days and is now working at some reputable company.

4. Post should be uploaded on a regular basis and at a particular time.

5. We can try reels which would tell other people about our growth, progress, work and reviews.

6. We can even post quotes/images about kids coding, importance of coding in today’s time, inspirational stories of youngsters etc.

7. We can even post questions to the parents on our feed and then engage with the parents in the comment section.

8. We should use relevant hashtags and multiple hashtags for a post on Instagram.

9. Being able to attend to the queries of the parents on an urgent basis would be a plus point on our part.

(Replying to the comments too)

For Facebook:

I have noticed that there are very few likes on the Facebook posts so, we can start by asking every team member to follow and share it on their respective platforms. It shouldn’t be compulsory but we can motivate them to do so.

I have seen that there are some kids’ interview who have studied at Codingzen, addition to that we can have Parents interview too because our target audience are Parents. It shouldn’t be quite lengthy but it can be for 1–2 mins.

We can even organize a collaborative contest with our fellow Academies and we can keep a good amount as our cash prize.

We can even upload stories on our Facebook Page, that’s a new feature.

We can even share the articles of our page on the Facebook page.

We can organize webinars and tell people( parents) about the importance of Coding.

For Example:
